We do not accept returns on items once they have been shipped.

Items usually ship between 2 to 4 business days.

We will ship out sequentially after the date of your order and after 15th of the month.

If you order your first box on January 10, the second shipment will be made sequentially after the 15th of the month.

If you order your first box on January 20, the second shipment will be made sequentially after the 20th of the following month.
